ROSSINI ART SITE
includedThe Rossini Art Site is a sculpture park of 10 hectares nestled in the green heart of the Lambro Valley Park. A scenic and evocative location, chosen by entrepreneur and patron Alberto Rossini as his residence and as a prestigious home for his art collection.
The heart of the collection is dedicated to the great masters of the’Italian art of the second half of the 20th century, with monumental sculptures signed by the likes of Pietro Consagra, Andrea Cascella, Fausto Melotti, Bruno Munari e Grazia Varisco. Alongside these milestones, the park houses works site-specific and projects created in collaboration with the Rossini company by international and emerging artists such as Dennis Oppenheim, Hidetoshi Nagasawa and Erik Dietman.
The journey through art continues in an atmospheric underground tunnel, which houses the masterpieces of the Nouveau Réalisme signed by masters such as César, Jean Tinguely, Daniel Spoerri e Arman.
The Rossini Art Site perfectly embodies the vision of its founder: to create a dynamic and welcoming space to experience a’unconventional artistic experience in close contact with nature. A route through rolling hills and unique landscapes, enhanced by the architectural value of the Central Pavilion, designed by the iconic architect James Wines of the study SITE in New York.
