Inaugurated in 2003, the Archaeological Theatre and Amphitheatre Park is a state institution open to the public. Its mission is the protection, preservation and enhancement of the Roman vestiges belonging to the grand spectacle district of the ancient Civitas Camunnorum.

The park offers an extraordinary immersion into antiquity, preserving the remains of a amphitheatre, which entirely resurfaced within its perimeter, and a theatre of which about one third is visible today. The complex is enriched by service areas, including a sacellum and a small spa. The location of the buildings is masterful: lying on the natural slope of the Barberino hill, They combine landscape harmony with architectural functionality.

Extended over approx. 20,000 square metres of green areas, the Park welcomes visitors with a dedicated building at the entrance. The entire layout is the result of a unified project, which has made it possible to return the site to the public through a single, coherent restoration operation.
