Here, the remains of an ancient settlement have come to light, which ancient sources refer to as Parra. The exhibition route leads to the discovery of the Orobi: people who inhabited this territory during the Iron Age (1st millennium BC). The collection consists of pottery, bronze and glass ornaments, stone tools, bone and horn objects and coins.
The artefacts present the daily activities that took place in the settlement, crafts, forms of worship, trade and exchanges with neighbouring Central-Alpine and Celtic populations. The tour is arranged in chronological order and is accompanied by bilingual (Italian and English) explanatory panels with a wealth of illustrations, so that it is possible to visit the museum in complete autonomy.
Qualified operators are always present to conduct guided tours, accompany visitors along the exhibition route and answer any questions or requests for further information. The average visit time is about one and a half hours.
