Exhibition Centre
Museo diffuso valle di Viù- ex Confraternita del SS. Nome di Gesù
Lemie (TO)

The former Confraternita (Brotherhood) is a venue of the Museo Diffuso Valle di Viù, near the Church of San Michele Arcangelo. It was opened in 2018 as a space for temporary exhibitions and since 2021 has housed, in an adjacent room, part of the collections of the Alpine Civic Museum A. Tazzetti of Usseglio.
The Confraternity consists of a single large space, with 19th-century decorations on the walls and vault, ideal for hosting the temporary exhibitions organised every summer and aimed at disseminating Alpine culture with themes ranging from art to nature or local traditions. Since 2021, it has also been possible to visit an adjacent room, which has been set up as an exhibition space for the rotation of the collections of the natural science and local traditions sections, belonging to the collections of the Alpine Civic Museum of Usseglio.
