MUSEO CIVICO ARCHEOLOGICO ETNOGRAFICO C.G. FANCHINI
includedThe museum is divided into two large sections that tell the history of the area. The first, of character ethnographic, traces the everyday, industrial and rural dimension from the early 19th century to the 1960s; the route winds its way through thirty reconstructed rooms, ranging from domestic life to ancient workshops, to the craft and fashion rooms of the period. The archaeological section is dedicated to the origins of the local population: exhibited here are artefacts dating from the 3rd century B.C. to the 4th century A.D., documenting the transition from the Golasecca and Vertamocori culture to the full Roman age.
