included The 'Giuseppe Oggionni' Archaeological Museum opened in 2009 and comprises a large collection of artefacts found in the area, some of which are state-owned and some of which are owned by the museum.
The material is divided between a room dedicated to protohistory, one dedicated to Roman history and one dedicated to medieval history. The most interesting pieces are a Celtic burial dating back to the 1st century A.D. found in 1980, the small treasure found in Via Verga of more than one hundred coins from the Diocletian era, and the original of the Gatta, an eternal bone of contention with the nearby town of Caravaggio. The collection is enriched by two plastic models representing the Treviglio of the year 1000 and the Treviglio of the 15th century, and by two interactive points that delve into the history of the city. The museum also features an educational workshop.
