MuArc – Museo Civico Archeologico di Remedello
includedThe Remedello Civic Archaeological Museum is housed in a building constructed by the Confraternity of the Disciplini at the end of Four hundred. The tour route unfolds in a single large room with walls entirely covered in frescoes, creating a striking and unusual combination that is particularly appreciated by visitors.
The precious sixteenth-century pictorial cyclededicated to the The Life and Passion of Christ, provides the backdrop for the new exhibition, which guides visitors on a journey of discovery through the archaeological heritage of Remedello and the neighbouring municipalities in the provinces of Brescia, Mantua and Cremona.
From Prehistory to the Middle Ages, Archaeological evidence reveals the chronological depth of the relationship between humans and the element that has most characterised the ancient and modern landscape of this area: the Chiese River.
