includedThe museum is spread over three floors among the various rooms typical of the rural home, restored to their original function. The crotta, lo boi, lo crotteun, lo peillo, lo solan and the drying areas are some of the spaces available to visitors to deepen their knowledge of Valdostan rural architecture. Inside Maison Bruil d'Introd, the permanent exhibition Conserver le souvenir...se souvenir pour conserver has the objective of introducing visitors to traditional Valle d'Aosta food products and the evolution of conservation techniques over the centuries. Thanks to an interactive digital guide, the visitor embarks on a real journey into the past to discover the numerous food preservation and processing processes used by Valdostan farmers at the beginning of the 20th century such as salting, drying, isolation from the air, freezing and many others presented in a faithful manner in the various spaces of the museum.
