Art Museum
COLLEZIONE CIVICA D’ARTE DI PALAZZO VITTONE
includedThe building, designed in 1740 by architect Bernardo Vittone, now houses the Civic Art Collection, the Pinerolo Ethnographic Museum and the Prehistoric Museum. The MUPI is Pinerolo's museum system that networks all the city's museums and their collections with a coordinated management of services to propose an integrated cultural offer and make the city's historical, artistic and archaeological heritage accessible with a single entrance ticket and single opening hours. The MUPI was born from the "Sistema Musei Pinerolo" project promoted by the City of Pinerolo with the contribution of the Fondazione CRT. The Civic Museums, with admission fee, and the non-Civic Museums, with free admission, are part of MUPI. The museums are currently being refurbished and a first layout will be presented in September 2021.
