The Centre is set up in such a way as to promote understanding of the history and transformation of the landscape with large scenographies and environmental reconstructions through two reading levels: one for adults and one for children. Bodinco, the Centre's mascot, will guide young visitors on a journey through time by reading cartoon illustrations. The Centre invites visitors to get to know the collector's items of the territory through different visit proposals dedicated to landscape, historical, naturalistic, agricultural and geological emergencies. For some time now, the Park Authority has become a point of reference for numerous research activities, in collaboration with the Universities of Turin, Alessandria and Pavia, while the park rangers collect data and information on a daily basis on the natural environment, in terms of flora, vegetation and fauna, with particular attention to the aquatic environment. The didactic-educational activity for schools of all levels is highly developed, with numerous nature study trails on the environment, in connection with Ministerial Programmes.
