Sensimmersion
Barefoot sensory path
News published on 26 June 2024
Walking slowly, without competition and barefoot is not only good for the body but also for the mind!
A fun and relaxing opportunity to get in touch with oneself by rediscovering tactile sensations in the La Mandria Nature Park. Suitable for all ages and accessible to people with disabilities, the trail responds to the need for contact with nature, providing a context in which it is possible to socialise, relax, work on body perception and unwind. About 600 m long, the trail
includes stations and games aimed at developing the 5 senses. Duration approx. 1h, access without booking, although strongly recommended for groups. For a personalised experience, you can book
a guided tour accompanied by an expert or consult the other activities proposed by the Cooperativa Arnica, which manages the space. The project is part of the Italy-France cross-border network of Sensimmersion barefoot trails. There are currently 2 trails in Piedmont (La Mandria Park and Gesso and Stura River Park) and 1 in Haute Savoie (Le Ferme de Chosal).
