The Battle of Pavia

On the 500th anniversary of the Battle of Pavia (24 February 1525), one of the most decisive of the Renaissance, the Municipal Museums of the Visconti Castle in Pavia host a interactive multimedia exhibition. The exhibition is part of a larger programme of events that includes a historical re-enactment, a large art exhibition, international conferences, book and documentary exhibitions, as well as a running race at the battle sites. An unmissable opportunity to rediscover an event that marked the history of Europe.
