European Archaeology Days

From 12 to 15 June 2025 Aosta comes alive on the occasion of the European Archaeology Days with a busy calendar of special openings, guided tours, conferences, educational activities and workshops for all ages.

Promoted by theRegional Department of Cultural Heritage and Activities together with theDepartment of Culture of the Municipality of Aostainitiatives are part of the programme of Aostæ 2025 and offer the public the opportunity to discovering valdaostan archaeological heritage from new and engaging perspectives.

Among the highlights:

• the live excavation at the Iron Age Tumulus
• 3D immersive visits to the Villa della Consolata
• i mini speed date with archaeologists
• the conference with the President and Director of the Egyptian Museum

Plenty of space also for familieswith fun activities, treasure hunts and workshops designed for children of all ages.

All events are free of chargewith reservation required for certain activities.
