Contemporary photography returns to Turin

From 16 April at 2 June 2025, Turin is transformed into a large stage dedicated to the contemporary photography with the second edition of EXPOSED Torino Foto Festival.
Under the title Beneath the Surfacethe festival invites the audience to explore what lies beneath the surface of images, stories and global contexts. On the programme: 12 exhibitions at 7 exhibition venueswith 16 artists from 12 countries. The entrance is free, via digital pass.
A city on show
The heart of the festival will be theAlbertina Academywhich will also host a series of talks with artists and curatorsas well as EXPOSED Photomatcha new portfolio review formula combining networking and collective sharing.

Among the artists in the exhibition: Carrie Mae Weems, Sheng-Wen Lo, Paolo Cirio, Georges Senga.
A festival for all
The Public Programme enriches the audience experience with guided tours, workshops, screenings and conferences. In parallel, the Passport Kids offers an educational and interactive route designed for children aged 3 to 12 years, with creative activities and stamps to collect at all locations.
A cultural network on the move
During the seven weeks of the festival, museums, archives, foundations e independent spaces of Turin will propose events, exhibitions and content resonating with EXPOSED, creating a great choral tale of contemporary photography.
