A first birthday marked by enthusiasm and participation: GIANDUJA HOUSE, the Museum of Marionettes and Puppets in Turin celebrates a year of activity with truly extraordinary figures. In addition to 10,000 spectators, more than 60 shows staged and 2,200 visitors inside the museum tell the story of a success built day after day, thanks to the artistic direction of Marco Grilli and programming that combines tradition and creativity.
In just twelve months, this special place has become a point of reference for those who love puppetry: not only shows, but also workshops, courses for schools and moments of discovery that have transformed CASA GIANDUJA into a true centre for the dissemination and protection of an ancient and precious art, carried on with passion by the Grilli family for generations.
To celebrate this first milestone together, the Marionette Grilli Foundation dedicates to subscribers an exclusive initiative:
Saturday 12th, Sunday 13th and Wednesday 24th December, it will be possible visit the museum with a guided tour at 4 p.m. and watch the show “The Nutcracker and the Mouse King” at 5 p.m., staged with the historic Grilli marionettes.
