Archaeology vs Hollywood 2026 – #2

A film series that contrasts the rigorous reality of archaeological research with the spectacular (and often imaginative) reconstructions seen on the big screen, exploring how cinema has reinvented – or completely distorted – our perception of the past. Each screening will be introduced by a commentary on archaeology and cinema. The event is organised in collaboration with AIACE – the Italian Association of Art-House Cinema Enthusiasts of the Aosta Valley.
