The exhibition, hosted in the evocative rooms on the ground floor of Palazzo Falletti di Barolo, represents a profound homage to the work of Francesco Corni, an artist and scholar who has dedicated his life to the visual narration of the territory. The exhibition highlights the extraordinary ability of the drawing to get teaching tool, combining a rigorous passion for the’urbanism to the historical narrative of the city's transformations. The exhibition route unfolds through six key stages - Aosta, Turin, Milan, Venice, Rome e Naples - offering a unique perspective on the birth and evolution of urban centres.

Through the exhibition of about forty original drawings and various scale reproductions, visitors can immerse themselves in a close dialogue between the architectures and their historical contexts. The exhibition is conceived as a game of graphic balances and changes of perspective, inheriting the communicative approach that Corni refined in the excavation sites of Roman Aosta. Here, the artist understood how the graphic sign could synthesise complex information, making the layering of time accessible and fascinating. The exhibition is not limited to contemplation, but complements the offer with recreational paths designed for children and adults eager to experiment, while keeping the author's popularising mission alive.
