The exhibition Van Eyck and the Revealed Miniaturescurated by Simonetta Castronovo in collaboration with the Department of Historical Studies, University of Turinoffers a unique opportunity to explore the fascinating world of medieval and Renaissance miniatures. The exhibition presents a valuable selection from the museum's collection of manuscripts and cut-out miniatures, including 20 illuminated codices, 10 incunabula e 80 cut-out sheets and thumbnailsdated between 13th and 16th centuries. These treasures, rarely exhibited to the public due to their delicacy, are now visible thanks to a display that ensures their preservation.

The exhibition route is enriched by information graphics that place each work in its context geographical and stylisticoffering insights into the manuscript production techniques, the materials used and the circulation of books in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Particular attention is paid to the Turin-Milan hoursan illuminated manuscript of extraordinary importance, attributed in part to Jan van Eyckwhich represents a landmark in the history of the Flemish miniature.
