The king's lunch is one of the moments that most comes to mind, tickling our imagination, when we think of life in the courts. Yet the images that artists in the service of monarchs have left us of royal lunches are relatively rare. Through extensive research, the exhibition aims to recount royal tablesin their representation and practices.

Through the exhibition of paintings, silverware, splendid porcelain services from all the major Italian courts will be narrated the fascinating and curious story of the lunches of popes, princes and kings. A story that maintains a strong relationship with all of us.

A fascinating journey that will be possible thanks to the collaboration with Italy's most important former royal residences, from Quirinal at royal palace of Capodimonte e of Caserta, from Royal Palace of Milan a Pitti Palace, from Royal Palace of Naples a that of Turin.
