Temporary exhibition

Remo Salvadori

Royal Palace of Milan - Milan (MI)

Fuori circuito Non in abbonamento
From Wednesday 2.07.2025 to Sunday 14.09.2025

The project Remo Salvadori is presented as a real story in several chaptersdistributed in three symbolic locations: Royal Palace, Museum of the 20th century and the Church of San Gottardo in Corte. The exhibition emphasises the artist's poetics, which dialogue with the matter, l'energy and space, in an itinerary that avoids traditional chronology to suggest contaminations between the work, the visitor and the architecture. In advance of the opening, works will be presented from 2 July site-specific in the Sala delle Cariatidi and the Sala del Piccolo Lucernario, while at the Museo del Novecento "Alveare" (1996, 2025), destined to become part of the permanent collection, makes its debut. Starting on 16 July, Palazzo Reale will host the main exhibition, with more than 50 emblematic works, expressions of Salvadori's research from the juxtaposition of science, philosophy e spirituality. Furthermore, from 19 July to 31 August, the Church of San Gottardo in Corte hosts '10 arrows in the colours of minerals' (1969-1970), in an immersive and contemplative experience in the heart of sacred Milan.
