Professional Dreamers

The exhibition Professional Dreamers - The photographer's eye, the psychologist's gaze tells through 94 photographs by Tiziana and Gianni Baldizzone and the psychological analyses of Remigia Spanish the stories of 15 women who have found the courage to transform their lives to pursue their passions. The project, curated by India Dhargarkarexplores the relationship between professional dreaming and personal fulfilment, offering a unique perspective that intertwines photography and psychology.

The images and texts reveal the paths of women from different backgrounds, who have challenged social conventions and prejudices to establish themselves in fields often considered inaccessible. Among the protagonists are astrophysics Patrizia Caraveomountaineer and artist Riccarda De Eccherthe beekeeper entrepreneur Debora Rizzettothe chiseller Lucie Branco and the Japanese paper craft master Eriko Horiki.

The exhibition, which finds its first stage in Turin, develops in the Corridor of the Italian Chamber of the museum, offering visitors a immersive path in which the photographer's gaze and psychological analysis intertwine to bring out the deepest sense of dream and professional identity.
