Italian Design Museum

With the new route of the Italian Design Museum an updated reading of the permanent collection takes shape, enriched by the most recent acquisitions.

Via about 400 objects, from the 1920s to the 2000s, Italian design is recounted as a living web of ideas, innovations and relations with industry and society. The itinerary, of chronological, is enriched by five thematic cross-cutting insights, conceived as dynamic and interactive installations.

Designed with a focus on the issues of’accessibility, the museum invites you to explore the history of Italian design from new and previously unseen perspectives.
