On the occasion of the centenary of Mike Bongiorno's birth, Palazzo Reale in Milan is hosting an unprecedented exhibition tracing the life and career of the famous presenter, a key figure in Italian television and the country's culture.

Mike BongiornoWith a career spanning more than sixty years, he has left an indelible mark on the history of television, profoundly influencing the way we do entertainment and communication. His ability to speak to a wide audience with simple and direct language has made his programmes a popular and cultural phenomenon, studied by sociologists and television critics.

The exhibition not only celebrates his role as a presenter, but also explores his ability to anticipate and interpret Italy's social changes, making him a symbol of television's evolution.

The exhibition proposes immersive scenic reconstructions that make visitors relive the highlights of Bongiorno's career, with a focus on the world of quiz shows. In addition, through biographical filmsit is Mike himself, in his own voice, who tells his own story from the 1920s to the present day.

A tribute to a television pioneer and an interpreter of Italian society.
