The measure of the ONE
Fabbrica del Vapore Milan - Milan (MI)
includedFrom Friday 5.06.2026 to Sunday 13.09.2026
Ten years after its foundation, the Movement Art Ethics celebrates its journey with a large group exhibition bringing together artists of different generations and languages. The exhibition revolves around a reflection that is as simple as it is radical: the relationship between ethics and aesthetics in the contemporary world and the role of the artist in an increasingly complex social, cultural and political context. Edited by Sandro Orlandi Stagl, co-produced with the Municipality of Milan and organised by ARTantide Gallery in Verona, initiative is located on the first floor of the Space Messina.
The exhibition builds a close dialogue between pictorial works, drawings, photographs, video, sound works, installations e sculptures, maintaining as a common horizon the search for a balance between expressive freedom and responsibility. The issues crossed are multiple and urgent: environment, energy, justice, identity e memory. Visitors can choose to enjoy the exhibition in the traditional way, supported by captions and special QR code for “behind-the-scenes” content, or enjoy an immersive narrative experience through a never-before-seen story designed by Alessandra Pacilliin which five narrative voices corresponding to rhetorical figures guide the audience on a free and non-linear journey.
The artists in the exhibition include Afran, Gino Alberti, Marco Bertin, Angelo Bonello, Carlo Bonfà, Julia Bornefeld, Francesco Carofiglio, Luigi Dellatorre, Massimo Donà, Gianfranco Gentile, Marco Gradi, Franco Mazzucchelli, Matteo Mezzadri, Jorge R. Pombo, Antonio Riello, Alberto Salvetti e Alessandro Zannier
