Female identities
Being a woman yesterday, today and tomorrow
House of the Green Count - Rivoli (TO)
includedFrom Friday 6.03.2026 to Sunday 29.03.2026
La House of the Green Count confirms itself as the beating heart of the city's culture by hosting an international project that builds an ideal bridge between Europe, Middle East e South America. Edited by Roberto Borra e Karina Lukasik, under the artistic direction of Alberto Bongini e Alessandro Merlo, the exhibition is promoted by the’FlyArt Cultural Association of Turin in collaboration with theEqual Opportunities Department of the Municipality of Rivoli .
This international exhibition of contemporary art dedicated to the’female universe transcends the aesthetic dimension to become social and cultural survey. Through different languages - from painting to photography, to documentary film - the exhibition gives back true stories of resilience, transforming the space into a place of shared reflection. The presence of artists from different geographical and cultural backgrounds, including Nihad Al Turk, Anne Conway, Anne Mulkeen Murray, Andreja Restek e Renee Rilexie, composes a mosaic in which the diversity asserts itself as a founding value .
The participation of male artists reinforces the central message: the status of women concerns the whole of society. The works invite you to stay “related to the vastness”, suggesting a vision of the world that is more open, inclusive and respectful of everyone's humanity. The exhibition thus becomes a space for dialogue between memory, identity and the future, capable of actively involving citizens and visitors in a collective narrative.
