The exhibition Form and Colour. From Picasso to Warhol. The ceramics of the great masters celebrates the use of the ceramicsof the terracotta and the porcelain by some of the most important international artists.

The works on display explore both the creation of original forms and sculpturesboth the decoration of pre-existing objects such as plates, trays, jugs and vases, transformed into canvases on which the artists unleash their creativity. Among the protagonists, Picasso recounts his discovery of the Madoura and the link with Jacqueline Roquetaking visitors on a journey through the art of the XX e 21st century.

The route includes artists such as Yayoi Kusama, Salvador Dalí, Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring e Maurizio Cattelanwith contributions ranging fromEurope at United States, from theLatin America to theEastincluding the famous Ai Weiwei and other important contemporary Chinese artists.

With over 70 artists and more than 100 works, the exhibition offers a journey through techniques, materials e culturesoffering a fascinating insight into the evolution and artistic experimentation through ceramics.
