Beyond fifty years laterunder the programme SECOND RESONANCEGAM dedicates to the artist a new large exhibition. An exhibition that traverses Melotti's entire creative parabola, from the abstract beginnings in the 1930s until the full artistic maturity.

The title of the exhibition, Let me enjoy myself!, takes up a famous and ironic statement by the artist, evoking the playful and experimental spirit that has always animated his research. On show over one hundred and fifty worksfrom important public and private collectionswith a special focus on the significant core of works belonging to GAMincluding the monumental Ascending modulation (1977)located in the museum garden.
