Emotions of the Games

The exhibition Emotions of the Games - Cultures through sporthosted in the spaces of the Violin Museum by Cremonais a visual and narrative journey within the historical and cultural memory of the Olympic Games. Promoted by Lombardy Region and realised with the collaboration of FICTS - Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifsthe exhibition is part of the official programme of theMilan Cortina 2026 Cultural Olympiad.

Via 180 photographs e video montages articulated in two sectionsThe exhibition not only recounts the evolution of the Games from their origins to the present day, but also pays tribute to the central role of women in Olympic history. The images on display not only document sporting feats, but celebrate universal values as the determinationthe courage, l'equality and the passion.

In addition to the exhibition aspect, the project aims to strengthening the Olympic legacy and to actively involve the public through connections with schools, tourism and local culturebringing citizens closer to the authentic spirit of Olympism. The initiative emphasises how sport and culture can come together in one universal language, capable of inspiring new generations.
