included
From Thursday 16.10.2025 to Sunday 21.12.2025

Emanuele Becheri, artist born in Meadow in 1973 and a graduate of theFlorence Academy of Fine Artsis characterised by an articulate expressive language that runs through music, video, photography, sculpture e drawing. This exhibition, curated by Andrea Bustooffers an in-depth reading of his most recent work, highlighting a poetics that moves between ancestral e timeless, between minimalism e baroque, between fantasy e archaeology.

Le sculptures of Becheri appear as forms poised between figuration e informalmoulded in terracotta and marked by a tension between matter e form. The artist challenges the conventions of classical sculpture, proposing three-dimensional works that evoke human or animal forms, but seem to melt into the mass, as if identity wanted to remain submerged.

I drawingsoften executed on torn and irregular sheets, are self-portraits interior, mirrors of the soul and body. This route, suspended in a dreamlike dimension, forces the visitor to reflect deeply on the concept of unfinished, of sketch, of fragility.

The exhibition is an immersion in the expressive research of an artist who lives art as duel between what is espresso and what is silentin a continuous dialectic between life e form.
