De Rerum Natura

Enchanted journey to the secret essence of things

Rubiana Municipal Art Gallery Francesco Tabusso - Rubiana (TO)

included
From Saturday 24.05.2025 to Sunday 15.06.2025

A enchanted journey through the painting and graphics of Tino Aime, a Piedmontese master known for his profound sensitivity to the natural and mountain world, is the focus of the exhibition De Rerum Natura. The exhibition is a lyrical and visual homage to the essential nature, that everyday reality that often escapes the distracted gaze, but which Aime has managed to capture with poetic intensity and aesthetic rigour.

Via graphic and pictorial works, emerge flowers, snows, moons, only, trees e sea - all elements filtered through the artist's contemplative gaze, capable of transforming the landscape into an experience of reflection and hope. The exhibition, curated by Marco Marzi, emphasises Aime's legacy as an interpreter of the decline of mountain civilisationwhich he was able to tell with lightness but deep empathy, elevating it to a symbol of values to be cherished.
