Davide Camisasca

The in-depth studies promoted by the Fortress of Bard in the rooms of the Lodgings of the Museum of the Alps, dedicated to the mountains and those who have lived and recounted them, are enriched by a new chapter.

The Fortress of Bard pays homage with a major anthological exhibition Davide Camisasca, photographer and mountain guide born in Milan but resident for over fifty years in Gressoney-Saint-Jean, at the foot of Monte Rosa. The exhibition entitled White earth collects and documents the artist's rich research path in the field of mountain photography and reportage.
