Betty Danon. Me and others

The anthological exhibition dedicated to Betty Danon presents, in the spaces of the Castle of Miradoloan itinerary spanning more than 30 years of research on the sign, on the sound and on the writingby placing the artist's work in dialogue with that of numerous interlocutors and fellow travellers. In 14 halls the collage of the early days, the asemantic scores, the book Point and line - defined perfect from Roland Barthes - and the Green soundsin which nature e musical writing meet on the pentagram.

The route includes works realised with typewriter, photocopier e computerthe extensive project of mail artthe collective work Me & others and the imaginative landing of Rainbowland, place more where art and life come together. Like a counterpoint, the Notes in the margin opens to the works of Irma Blank, Arrigo Lora Totino, Ugo Carrega, Tomaso Binga, Maria Lai, Amelia Etlinger, Mirella Bentivoglio, Sol LeWitt, Chima Sunada, Maurizio Nannucci, Giuseppe Chiari, restoring the web of relationships that feeds Danon's poetics. An unprecedented sound installation by Avant-dernière pensée and the educational project From one metre down complete the experience, making it accessible and participated for different audiences, in line with the plural identity of the Castle.
