The exhibition Through the white transforms the mountain into an inexhaustible source of artistic inspiration, reinterpreted with a contemporary eye in the evocative spaces of the Fortress of Bard Chapel. Promoted by the cultural association White View Gallerythe exhibition brings together works by seven artists - Marco Bettio, Sophie Anne Herin, Sarah Ledda, Marco Jaccond, Chicco Margaroli, Massimo Sacchetti e Barbara Tutino Elter - that address the theme of mountains as place of the soulsymbol of silence, poetry e reflection.
Through different expressive languages - from symbolic figuration to thelyrical abstraction, from poetic realism at formal rarefaction - each artist declines the metaphor of whiteunderstood not only as the colour of the snowy peaks, but also as a suspended space, full of potential, creative silence and introspection. The exhibition route is an invitation to immerse oneself in inner landscapessuspended between matter and spirit, where thecontemporary art dialogue with the memory of the mountain territory and returns an intimate and universal vision.
A project of great evocative power that engages the senses and the mind, sponsored by the FAIwith works ranging from delicate poetic suggestions to the rough materiality of Alpine peaks.
