Visit in the dark

A great classic of the scariest night of the year is back: the Lion Museum Vercelli reopens its doors in the evening for the 15th edition of the Visit in the Dark. A captivating experience that has been fascinating and challenging hundreds of visitors since 2011.

With a torch in hand and entirely on your own, you’ll venture into the dark rooms of Palazzo Langosco, the former residence of the notary Leone. Hidden amongst the permanent collections are many surprises and artefacts from a millennia-old pre-Columbian culture, ready to emerge from the darkness on Halloween night.
