Paths of Notes

Sunday 6 September 2026 The museum village of Balma Boves (Sanfront, CN) is home to Paths of Notes, a special event in the “Cammini di Benessere 2026” series, organised with the support of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Saluzzo. An initiative designed to combine walks in the fresh air, culture and an evocative concert set against the backdrop of the Po Valley.

Event programme

• 3.00 pm – Walk and guided tour
  • Meet at the hamlet of Rocchetta in Sanfront.
  • A nature walk led by the environmental hiking guide Alma Cavallo.
  • Guided tour of the picturesque rock-cut museum village of Balma Boves.
• 4.30 pm – “Sentieri di Note” concert”
  • An exciting journey through some of cinema’s most famous soundtracks.
  • Performers: Simona Mana (violin), Alberto Valinotti (acoustic guitar), Serena Mana (flute) and Cristina Boretto as the narrator.

• Prices and tickets:
  • Walk and guided tour: 5 €
  • Concert: Free (included in the entry fee for Balma Boves)
• Meeting point: Rocchetta hamlet, Sanfront (CN).
• Shuttle service: A shuttle bus service is available, departing from the car park at the Rocchetta hamlet cemetery.
• In the event of bad weather: The concert will take place in Sanfront at the Ala del Mercato.
