The art of change

Leaving on 1 June from Vicenza, The art of change @ Gallerie d'Italiaa series of meetings organised by John Caccamo in which words, music and new harmonies come together to build a new possible future and spark a discussion on change. The journey will continue to Turin on 6 June, and then reach Naples on 13 September and conclude in Milan 14 September.

To coincide with the four events, the Wall of Change, a travelling art installation conceived by Giovanni Caccamo himself, a glue of different cultures, religions and identities united by a love of life and an evolutionary vision of a future in sharing and harmony. The installation consists of a wall of words projected onto a white ledwall, by connecting to the website www.museodelcambiamento.it each person can type their own word of change, which will be displayed instantly on the screen.

TURIN

The 6 June in Torino, Giovanni Caccamo will dialogue with four other young excellences, Giorgio Brizio (author and climate activist), Silvia Parrino (manager for health innovation), Davide Sabatino (dancer, poet), Travis (rapper), Mattia Villardita (hospital volunteer) on topics of change and the future, embraced by the art of the painter Giovanni Robustelli in two unprecedented perspectives: the digital and the analogue. The round table, featuring the writer Luca Bianchini in the role of moderator, will in fact be held in the museum's multimedia room where the #ParoleDiCambiamento (#PWordsOfChange) of the young people redrawn by the artist will be projected. At the same time, the artist will reproduce them in a real live calligraphic performance on a large wooden board. The dialogue will be enhanced by an a cappella musical performance by the singer-songwriter and the lighting of the Wall of Change.
