WITH GRANDPARENTS AT THE MUSEUM

A special event for grandparents and their grandchildren aged 4 and over, to spend a morning together immersed in art.

• Saturday 10 October at 10.30 am | One view leads to another
  How do artists depict the world around them? Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster’s large-scale urban panorama, SUPERFLEX’s text-based installation celebrating once-peripheral areas of the city, and the views by Canaletto and Bellotto are just some of the works at the heart of the exhibition. Participants will be invited to explore new perspectives through which to portray cities and their inhabitants.
• Saturday 24 October at 10.30 am | Around the canvas
  How many stories does a painting tell? How many secrets might it hold? This activity is designed to help you discover the Permanent Collection of the Pinacoteca Agnelli and, in particular, Halberdier in a landscape by Giambattista Tiepolo, a work that has literally… transformed over time! Participants will be invited to get involved by imagining new stories centred around the canvas.
