Treasures. The Great Story of Brescia’s Museums. 1826–2026

In 1826, the discovery of the Winged Victory and the bronze hoard spurred the city of Brescia’s ambition to establish a museum. The exhibition will showcase a selection of objects normally kept in the museum’s storerooms, bringing to life a multitude of stories, introducing visitors to the history of the city’s heritage and revealing the figures who made the formation of the civic collections possible.
