What is the GIFT CODE?

The gift is an alphanumeric code that can be purchased for oneself or for others. It is not necessary to provide any personal details of the person for whom the code is intended. The gift code must be converted into a Museum Pass. Each gift code can be used only once and is valid for only one Museum Pass. Under no circumstances may the gift code replace the Museum Pass or grant access to museums.

Does the GIFT CODE have an expiry date?

The gift code is valid for 3 months from the day of issue. The expiry date is indicated on the gift itself. Once it has expired, it cannot be redeemed.

What do I have to do to convert the GIFT CODE into a Museum Pass?

You can redeem the code for a Museum Subscription at all points of sale in the network or online by accessing your User Area.
At the point of sale, show the gift code and provide your personal details to apply for a Season Ticket: you will receive your card (unless you already have one to renew) and from then on you can start using your Season Ticket to visit the museums.

I do not want to buy the GIFT CODE but the Subscription directly, how can I do this?

If you wish to purchase a subscription directly as a gift, you must know all the details of the recipient of the gift (name, surname, tax code, date of birth, residential address).

At this point you can buy online by selecting the PURCHASE FOR OTHERS option or by going to a point of sale.

What is the difference between GIFT CODE and BUY FOR OTHERS?

The gift code is a voucher that must then be redeemed for a subscription: it is very convenient, because you do not have to know the gift recipient's data, but it cannot be used for access to museums.

Purchase for others is a function that allows you to directly purchase a subscription for a third person, but you need to know the data of the recipient of the gift (name, surname, tax code, date of birth, residential address).
