Did you know that the Frisbee, even before it was called that, was invented in the United States by two World War II veterans? It was 1948 and they christened it Flyin'-Saucer (flying saucer), inspired by the name that newspapers used to identify those strange objects that people had begun to see in the skies around the world.
For over seventy years, UFOs, phantasmagorical spaceships, E.T. in search of a home and space invaders have populated our imagination and the world of toys, but also everything related to entertainment.
To cover the seven decades of alien 'contamination', the Italian Centre for Ufological Studies (CISU) proposes at the Ethnographic Museum 'C'era una volta', Piazza della Gambarina, Alessandria, the thematic exhibition Ufo Ludico.
