An extraordinary exhibition explores the profound and revolutionary connection between Salvador Dalí and the world of fashion, highlighting how the imagination, identity and desire of the celebrated master of the Surrealism have redefined the boundaries between the visual arts and haute couture. Through a journey rich in over 200 works, the exhibition creates a dialogue between paintings, sculptures, drawings, sketches, photographs e iconic dresses to tell the story of one of the most daring and prolific collaborations of the 20th century.

The exhibition explores the Catalan artist’s tireless work in the field of costume, highlighting the famous, long-standing partnerships forged with figures of the calibre of Elsa Schiaparelli, with which he created immortal masterpieces such as the’Lobster Dress and the Hat and Shoes, right through to the work carried out for Coco Chanel. The exhibition also highlights the influence of Dalí on the covers of legendary magazines such as Vogue e Harper's Bazaar, highlighting his ability to transform the glossy image into a space for visual experimentation.
