West Side Stories

A walk through the quarry, a tasting organised by Ceste di Rapa, and a concert as part of the Mun – Light Sonata festival, featuring the Long Story Short ensemble.
West Side Stories – Musical tales from the suburbs across the Atlantic, told through the musical dialogue between five percussionists, deeply intertwines the folk character of the music with sophisticated, high-calibre musical scholarship, featuring works in which the composers infuse the most diverse traditional identities into the structures of classical music.
