Carlo Mattioli - Textures

The Pier Alessandro Garda Civic Museum by Ivrea hosts a major retrospective devoted to Carlo Mattioli, a leading figure and one of the most original protagonists of the Italian painting of the second half of the 20th century. The exhibition, entitled Textures, is the result of a prestigious collaboration involving the Municipality of Ivrea, l'Olivetti Historical Archive, the Guelpa Foundation and the Carlo Mattioli Foundation.

The exhibition, curated by Anna Zaniboni Mattioli, Marco Pozzali, Marcella Turchetti e Martina Lunardi, The aim is to explore the unprecedented and profound connection between the artist and the universe.
