Compliance Status

Declaration of Partial Conformity “Not Conforming”

These apps do not comply with the requirements of Appendix A of the current UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

Non-accessible content

1. Unlabelled graphic elements Logos

Navigation icons and images on the welcome screens and in the profile do not have an associated name or description.

2. Insufficient contrast of components

The menu bar icons, page indicators and badges have colours that are too muted compared to the background on which they are placed.

3. Buttons with reduced touch area

Many interactive controls, such as arrows to scroll through content or closing icons, are too small to be easily pressed.

4. Failure to identify the screen

When opening a new section of the app, the system does not immediately inform you of the name of the page you are on.

5. Related data read separately

Information that should be merged, such as the name of a museum and the date of a visit, is handled by the app as separate and disconnected elements.

6. Selection status not indicated

When interacting with filters or lists, the application does not explicitly indicate whether an option has been selected or not.

Reasons:

Failure to comply with Law No 4 of 9 January 2004.

The critical issues currently present at the site were identified through technical tests and simulations with assistive technologies.
