3. Undetectable error messages
Error messages that appear in the event of incorrect data entry are not automatically or obviously communicated by the system.
4. Non-descript external components
Some parts integrated into the site, such as the forms for electronic payments, lack textual descriptions clarifying their purpose.
5. Opening new windows without warning
Numerous links automatically open new tabs or browser windows without any prior warning to the user.
6. Viewing problems with zooming
The layout of the page suffers deformation or loss of content when a large magnification is applied or when viewed on small screens.
