AM Club | Extended Reality Experimentation at the Pietro Micca Civic Museum 

The guided tour of the original museum presents Turin in 1706, and then discovers the Citadel and the underground war of mines by walking through the mine and counter-mine tunnels where the last phase of the French siege unfolded.

As part of the open innovation programme Torino City Lab, with experiments using emerging technologies to enrich the artistic and cultural experiences of museums and make them more accessible for all, it will be possible to use a virtual and augmented reality visor. The visit not only allows visitors to explore environments that are difficult for some to access physically, but also provides a wealth of information and curiosities on the events surrounding the Citadel of Turin and the siege of 1706 in a new and engaging way.
