In November the Alba Diocesan Museum invites the public to a unique experience of history, art and breathtaking views. Two special dates allow visitors to climb the Romanesque bell tower of the Cathedral of St Lawrence, admiring the city of a hundred towers and discovering its artistic and archaeological heritage.

A special guided tour of the double bell tower of Alba Cathedral, with the possibility of discovering the surprising internal structure that encloses a second tower dating back to the 10th century. The tour also includes the archaeological route and the lapidary under the Cathedral, and ends with a snack of typical local products.

45 metres above Alba + The Treasure of the Cathedral

A double appointment to discover the artistic and spiritual heritage of the Cathedral: from climbing the Romanesque bell tower up to 45 metres high to visiting the Treasury Hall, which preserves silverware, reliquaries and sacred vestments from the 17th to the 20th century. At the end, hot tea tasting in the archaeological path.
