From advertising tool to true work of art: the National Cinema Museum explores the intertwining of art and cinema with the exhibition Artist posterswhich showcases some of the most significant film posters of silent and sound films, signed by great artists.

From futurist avant-garde of the 1910s to the graphic sophistication of the 1920s, up to the famous manifesto constructivist of Rodčenko for The Battleship Potëmkinthe route takes the visitor on a journey in which the poster emancipates itself from its promotional function to become an autonomous language of art.

The works on display come from the Museum collectionsauthentic archival gems, most of them presented to the public for the first time.

The exhibition can also be visited with dedicated 4€ ticket, separate from the Museum entrance ticket and valid only for access to Artist posters.
