The Greeks at the theatre

Scene, orchestra, audience are words born in ancient Greece because it was the Greeks who invented theatre: without them we would not have actors and characters, tragedies and comedies. So let us visit the Greek section of the museum in search of the 'frames' immortalised by skilled painters on precious vases to tell myths and intricate stories applauded by the ancient Greeks. Then in the workshop we make tragic and comic masks out of clay.
