On the occasion of the 2050th anniversary of the foundation of Aosta you visited museums, castles and exhibitions in the Aosta Valley by participating in the award scheme AM x Aostae2025.
Now is the time to use your points: up to the 21 October 2025 you can convert them in the app and request exclusive prizes - AM-branded gadgets, discount codes, free admission and many other surprises.

What is AM x Aostae2025
This is the Abbonamento Musei reward system which, on the occasion of the Aostae2025 celebrations, allows you to collect points by visiting the museums and castles involved in the programme and redeem numerous prizes.

How long does the AM x Aostae2025 programme last?
- You can accumulate points from 30/06/2025 to 28/09/2025
- Prizes can be claimed from 01/10/2025 to 21/10/2025
(After this date, unused points will automatically be forfeited and no more rewards can be claimed).
Who is it dedicated to?
AM x Aostae2025 is dedicated to all holders of Abbonamento Musei Piemonte Valle d'Aosta, Abbonamento Musei Lombardia Valle d'Aosta and Abbonamento Musei Formula Extra valid during the point collection period.
How can I participate?
To participate, download the Abbonamento Musei app, register and accept the Information - Data Protection.

You can download the Museum Subscription app for free from the Apple Store and Google Store.

Which credentials do I need to use to access the Subscription Museums app?
After downloading the app, log in with the credentials (email and password) of your personal account in the Subscription Museums User Area.

How do I accumulate my points?
To accumulate points, visit the museums, castles and exhibitions in the Aosta Valley belonging to the Abbonamento Musei circuit. Find the complete list on Rules of use of AM x Aostae2025. Each time you visit or scan the QRcode, points will be credited directly to the app.
Which museums and exhibitions can I visit to accumulate points?

How many times can I visit the same museum/exhibition to get points?
Within the programme AM x Aostae2025 only the first entry to each participating museum or exhibition will be counted. Subsequent visits to the same venue will not earn any further points.
What are the points for?
You can use your points to claim prizes from AM x Aostae2025 from 1 October until 21 October 2025.
I visited a museum but I see different points than expected, why is that?
In general, points will be accumulated as follows:
- Museums, castles and exhibitions: 5 points
- Archaeological Aosta' route including a single ticket for MAR, former Church of San Lorenzo, Cryptoporticus: 10 points
What prizes can I apply for?
In the section Awards of the Subscription Museums app you will find the prizes in the catalogue, the points required and how to claim each prize.
If a prize in the catalogue is missing, Subscription Museums may replace it with another in the same points range.

How can I claim my chosen prize?
Prizes can only be claimed in the Abbonamento Musei app. In the Rewards section choose the reward you are interested in, view the description and the points required and select the Request award. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to collect or ship the requested prize.
Where can I find the details of the points accumulated and spent when applying for prizes?
You can check your accumulated and used points on the Abbonamento Musei app: in the section Awards you will always find the up-to-date balance of available points, information on redeemed awards and the date when they were claimed.
Can I cancel my award request?
No, once the prize has been claimed, you will not be able to change or cancel your choice; the points corresponding to the chosen prize will be deducted and cannot be credited under any circumstances.
Can I return my prize?
No, the prize cannot be returned.

Can I donate my points to another subscriber?
No, you cannot give points to another subscriber. The points are linked to your nominal Museum Subscription.
